Hello after a long time
Dear friends,
after two posts in 2007 i had gone hiding.-
I promise that in the coming days i will be hyper active
I wanted to start the blog in malayalam, a language i am more comfortable with.
But i dont want to use the clumsy fonts ( e.g. ഞാന് നിന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു) used in blogs. Till I find a good font set, I will stick to Malayalam.
Anyway friends , a very belated happy new year

Vaasthavam Review
Saw vaasthavam yesterday.
Despite the serious problems with screen play, it is still different, worth a watch.
Prithviraj has finally justified the promise he gave with "Violence"
He is unfortunate to have come at a time, when malayalam film industry is void of any great directors. Imagine him coming at a time when Padmarajan, satyan anthikkad , bharathan and others were at the prime, a time when even director kamal was in the second bench.
Vaasthavam captures, some of the under currents in anantha puri's power corridors well.
Padma kumar has done a decent job as director, improving vastly from amma kili kkudu.

It is amazing that how the best songs always wait for venu gopal.
Despite the lobbies that have wreck malayalam film music, he is still the best.
